When the crew showed up, the moving process happened very quickly. However, the crew was running late on a prior move, and they missed my window by an hour on a late afternoon time slot. If I had a lot of stuff to move, it would have been a problem. That being said, as long as you book well in advance, and do so with a morning move time slot, you'll be good to go.
Overall, I highly recommend this service despite the very minor hiccups I experienced.

While there were problems with the scheduling and services required, every effort was made to rectify the situation and provide a discount for my troubles. Preston and Mo were outstanding. Very professional and thorough. They were careful with my things and went out of their way to keep things moving. Asked many times if there was anything else they could help with for my move. Overall great experience.

I called and was told a bit abrupt that she was with another client and would have to call me back. Three hours later I had to call back and got Samantha who was wonderful and got my move set up. I don't feel anyone calling to give you business should be told you are too busy to talk and not call back. Had I not used before I probably would

They were two very quick and careful fellas. I was in conversation with them for the majority of their time moving and they never hesitated to ask me how I wanted things moved and making sure I signed off on certain "special items" they were very attentive and had me moved extremely fast!
