Overall, I was satisfied with the service. A few observations:
1) My rooms and items for moving should have been Pre-looked in order to ensure adequate resources. The move (packing and relocation) was estimated at 4-5 hours. When in fact it took 9-10 hours to pack items and load the Truck.
2) While my Movers were very courteous, respectful and neat -- I do not believe they were experienced Movers. Especially when unloading and moving my items to storage. While I did have several items, unloading in storage could have been done better; i. e., all boxes should have been off-loaded and stored first -- as they were "stackable"...which would have allowed more space for the larger items.

The four men that performed my move were above and beyond excellent! They were very friendly, professional, and took great care of my belongings. They worked together very well and handled my move faster than the estimated time. These four men deserve special recognition for an OUTSTANDING job!!!

Both of the fellas that helped me were Polite and Very helpful. I was running late due to traffic but that wasn't a problem for them. They put me at ease and made a stressful situation go like clockwork. Couldn't have asked for better service or help. Will I call y'all again? ABSOFREEKINLUTELY!!!

Have talked with the office 3 time about problems and have been promissed a manager would call me back. 4 days still no call. as far as I am concerned We dont want your company or employees on our property again. Will not give good reference to anyone that asked.

Onyinyechi
The young men that came to my home were excellent. They took very good care of my property during the moving process and none of my furniture was damaged. They were very courteous and professional. They were efficient and didn’t go over the estimated time I was given. The only negative was their punctuality. I was scheduled to have an arrival time between 8-8:30 and they arrived at 9. Would highly recommend based on this experience.
