The move itself was excellent. The pre- information was accurate and Sara was courteous. We had some confusion regarding box delivery that cost me some extra money( was paying someone to be with my mom for the scheduled delivery) and some extra work on my elderly mom (87yo) because they delivered earlier the following day and I had no one to help her and the boxes were delivered outside her fence. She therefore made multiple trips bringing them in her house by herself. This was all a communication issue, which is important, but the events of moving day were smooth and professional. The two gentleman actually moving the furniture were extremely polite and professional and they were kind and understanding with my mom. Sara in the office was also very kind, helpful and professional

Let me begin by saying that Dylan and Blake (I hope that is their names) did a wonderful job. It began to rain when they were backing into my dad's driveway, I should say it was a steady pour down, and did not stop. They took great precaution to make sure that my furniture was covered and protected from the rain and scratching. They also put down runners so that they did not track dirt or water in my dad's house. They were so great at the storage building too. They put and stacked our stuff and furniture in the storage building so that it all fit. So thankful for the guys. They were so wet, but they did not complain. Great guys...I would recommend or use their services again. THEY DESERVE A JOB WELL DONE!!!! Thanks for sending this pair to my job.

My husband and I were impressed with all the people in our local office--from Melissa who answered our first phone call to the office to Jacob who came to our home to survey our move to Grant, Dee, Terrance, and Thompson who loaded and unloaded our trucks. Tasha, the General Manager of the Huntsville office, was especially helpful and reassuring. We were impressed with how hard our team of loaders worked. They were friendly but professional. We were so pleased with them, their attitudes, and work ethics.

The only negative comment I have is that the moving team seemed to move a little slower than I expected. I understand care of my belongings is important, but it went beyond that. I found myself wanting to get in the truck and help move things along a little faster. Even so, I plan on using TMT again in a few weeks when I move the rest of my household to the new location.
