On the last use, the technicians were asked to arrange furniture piece in a storage room. I was not able to supervise. When I did inspect the finished space I discovered a piece of stored furniture that has been broken. I believe this was the result of the move but I can not confirm as I did not witness it. I would have expected feedback from the technicians had they damaged an item.

Sam and Nick were a good team. They did an excellent job of getting our furniture moved. The only negative was the placement of the dryer tore a piece of the vinyl flooring. Otherwise, absolutely satisfied with this move.

The guys were so attentive to how I wanted my furniture moved. No scratches or broken items. Done in less time than expected.

Moving team was excellent. My only problem was the time they wasted folding blankets, hanging straps and cleaning truck. This should have been done on company time, not charged to me. Also, waiting on reimbursement for three small inexpensive pieces.

This was my second time using the service on an out of state move. On the second move I had a broken headboard on my son's bed and even with that, I am still a happy customer. With the amount of damage our furniture sustained with us packing ourselves to the broken headboard, you will get no complaints from me, plus with the damage claim, I'm not worried. It is much better than the washer, dryer, dresser, etc. that got destroyed in moving myself.

Everyone was courteous and polite. The office team told me information about my local move that turned out to be inaccurate the day of the move. I've asked for the General Manager to call me on more than one occasion to explain why this happened and to date ~2 weeks after my move I have not be contacted concerning this. The day of my move the movers were courteous but did not take the extreme care I am used to seeing 2 Men and a Truck do with wrapping of my furniture. Consequently my furniture was damaged in multiple places.

The last time we used Two Men and a Truck, we had a great experience. However, this time was not as positive. The critiques I have for the moving team are:

1) Speed up. The two movers moved much more slowly than I expected them to, and seemed to be running out the clock a bit, which resulted in extra moving time beyond my estimate.
2) Be more careful with furniture. I heard furniture bumping walls regularly, and it appears that once my mattress was placed in the struck, it was slid across the floor. There are large splinters in one side of the mattress from this.

The move was scheduled at our convenience and info shared by office and online was easy to understand. We liked the movers a lot, Maxwell and Darius were courteous, very accommodating with respect to things I had overlooked in my estimate, hardworking, and they communicated well with us. I wish they would have used teamwork with more of our items. Many times it appeared one person would be moving more than they could safely manage, and that an appropriate level of care was not being taken. That said, only one item was found to have damage of consequence (which we did not notice until the day after the move - it was the casted base to a glass top table).
