The service was great. Our small move from one apartment to the other was estimated at 3.5 hours. The team of Jamal and Jackson were outstanding. They completed that move in 1.5 hours. They were both very professional and polite.

The moving team was excellent! They wrapped everything that needed to be wrapped and asked if there was anything else that needed to go as well. Everything was strategically placed into the truck so that the offloading would be a breeze. The only thing I dislike is that the drive to your location and back is factored into the entire move time. 1 hr away with 5 hrs of moving time is only 3 hrs.

The response from everyone at 2 Men and a Truck was extremely prompt and effective. I can't say enough good things about Chris, Jamal and Taneio. They arrived on time, worked quickly and professionally so that my move was completed earlier than expected with all my things in perfect condition. As a former military wife with lots of moving experience, I can tell you, they are the best.

I paid extra for 3 men so they could help lift a couch into my apartment. But the 3rd guy was about 130 pounds and did not help to lift the couch. My husband had to step in or the 2 men would have not gotten my couch through our front door. Total waist of 300 extra dollars to pay a 3rd person who didn’t help with what I specifically paid to have him help with. I’m very dissatisfied.

We have used 2 men and a truck twice during this move. One move was long distance, this move was coordinated from the Baton Rouge office and our movers were Aaron and Ted. They moved us from Louisiana to Alabama. The crew took time to keep us updated which was appreciated.

Great team. Thomas, Usher, Nelson worked hard, considerate, was raining on my move in day. Very considerate of my time and belongings. Put down rugs at entrance. Will ask for these guys again.
