The overall experience would have been Excellent if there had not been a mix up with my reservation. One crew showed up and was replaced by another crew after I had already briefed them on what to do. The two guys that put my belonging in the truck, One was excellent the other was new and slow. I called the office later in the afternoon and they got them help and even provided an extra helper to finish the move. This shows me excellent customer service. The men moving me were excellent and took great care of the furniture and worked extremely hard.

There was, I think a new hire that helped rearrange the furniture in my house and the other mover with more experience explained the moving process to the new hire very well. The movers were able to move my furniture into only two rooms which helped me go around it to do the things I needed to do while still staying at my house, as you can see by my using my computer. The movers also finished in a timely, (under an hour) manner and saved my quite a bit of money. I am pleased with the moving team's work and will use Two Men and a Truck when it is time to move my furniture back to its original place.

Just wanted to put in a good word for the "two men" that moved my furniture. They were extremely careful with my furniture, both in their handling of it and in wrapping it in moving blankets I had provided (as it was going into storage.) They were both very friendly and efficient. I couldn't have asked for anything more from these two gentlemen. If I need movers again, I'll be thrilled if I get the same "two men."

My service was good. I did have some minor damage but overall very good experience. I would recommend your services.

When the crew showed up, the moving process happened very quickly. However, the crew was running late on a prior move, and they missed my window by an hour on a late afternoon time slot. If I had a lot of stuff to move, it would have been a problem. That being said, as long as you book well in advance, and do so with a morning move time slot, you'll be good to go.
Overall, I highly recommend this service despite the very minor hiccups I experienced.
