1. Broke small glass shelves.
2. Pieces, screws, shelves, and bolts to bed, dressers, china cabinet, etc were left on floor and NOT kept with furniture. How will we reassemble them? Not even sure where they are.
3. Trucks were not always full.
4. Left at least another truck load for us to try to move (had to work into the night). That’s after we had already paid over $3000 to you.
5. Closed refrigerator door in storage after we had TOLD them to leave open. Now it will be ruined!! Smells when stored closed.
The workers were polite, helpful, and respectful but didn’t follow through with SKILLS. This will leave us with a lot of trouble and cost when we try to put everything back together again. If we even can.
We are not happy.

Zou and Jay from the Huntsville, AL location called ahead and arrived promptly on time. They were both very courteous and professional. My overall move was so effective, I will definitely recommend them. It seems like in a blink of an eye, Zou and Jay were packed and unpacked! I selected Two Men because of their strong reputation for customer service.

The two movers assigned to my move, Matthew and Riggins, were professional and had great work ethic. They were on time, walked through the home with me making appropriate assessment and explaining the process. They were respectful to me and handling my property and housewares. They worked diligently the entire time they were in the house. They took down the beds and reassembled at the new location. They only took about 20-30 minutes to eat lunch and enroute to the new location. When they arrived at the new location, they toured the house with me to make best assessment of bringing in my furniture and boxes. Matthew prepared and explained the paperwork throughout the moving process as needed. This is the 2nd time I have used Two Men and a Truck, and I would use them again.

It was an unusual move because I was moving only a few yards from the home, and items were scattered all over the house. the movers took very special care with the furniture even though it was such a short distance. I really appreciated that. Thank You. M.H.

Team was great and did a great job. My only complaint was that they estimated the cost to be half of what it turned out to be and I had a little sticker shock when I received the bill.
