Setting up the moving day and time went smoothly. The office staff were very helpful and sent a helpful moving day email and follow up call to make sure that all our premove questions were answered. Sean and Andrew arrived on time, were very courteous, and did a great job!

I have used TM&T three times now. The truck that was scheduled for our move was not large enough to make our move in one day. Two previous moves we had a larger truck and moved more furniture items than this move. This cost me an extra day and trip. Moving crews for each day were great. Hard working guys and very polite. Office staff I dealt with were solid. Had one broken item in the move and a guy named Aaron acted as a POC to ensure replacement. Another solid job. Only complaint I walk away with is the truck size provided costing me an extra move.

Two young men who are not ready to be on their own. Very unsure of how to do things. They damaged at least 3 pieces of furniture and scratched the floor. We had used 2 Menand a Truck twice before with excellent results.

I think you should integrate your GPS system with an automatic customer notification system or implement a policy where customers are contacted the day off the move to confirm timing... It would have been beneficial for us,

We noticed that one guy would carry 2 boxes at a time & the other would load 6 to 8 onto a dollie & bring them in. Is there only one dollie available for their use? They were polite & respectful.

The movers were prompt, hard-working and happy to move whatever was needed. I was unhappy however when I saw that my billing began from when the truck left the office to when it would return to the office. I don’t believe that was adequately explained by the office, and I was essentially charged for an extra hour. If I was aware in the beginning, I probably would’ve gotten quotes from competitors.
