The 3 gentlemen were polite but my husband and I enjoyed there light hearted attitudes that made a long day of moving less daunting. They were careful handling furniture which of course at the end of the day is everything.

Left my couch sitting outside my door, job didn’t get finished. I had to help move the couch upstairs and they left it in the hallway because it wouldn’t fit. Didn’t bring other cushions for seats I have, also didn’t put together a crib that they took apart just left in the room unassembled. Overall for the money I paid the job was uncompleteed and that is unacceptable.

Office staff and everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. Ran into a few snags with some power lines running across my driveway and how to deal with that but it all worked out well. The guys that did the actual moving of my belongings were great. Very efficient, polite and friendly. They had a few tight places to work around and they did a great job.

The movers were great and took good care of my property. Had a little miscommunication. The office personnel said they would contact me but didn't tell the drivers and the drivers arrived before I did. Other than that, It went very well.

Your website made it easy to do business and your customer service was great. I almost went with another company but they did not get back to me on a timely basis and didn't even have an item list! Your website was easy to use, the movers were on time and very professional and last, but not least, your customer service agent, Sara was great! She was always helpful and I never felt like I was asking too many questions. Most importantly, I felt like my items were in safe hands. I haven't moved in a long time so I was very apprehensive about the whole process but your team relieved me of all that tension. I have told many people about my experience and I will use you again if needed.

The two young men who delivered my couch and put it together were on time, courteous, hard working, smart, careful, and efficient. Everything went smoothly and without any problems. They would definitely be my first choice as movers again. The women I spoke to in the office to set up the delivery were very helpful and clear, made the terms easy to understand, and were prompt with answers. Thank you all for the easy, pleasant experience. If I need help again, I will choose Two Men and a Truck.
