I called less than a week before my move, which I worried was late. The office staff was courteous and professional. We discussed dates first and I was given several options. We then discussed the contents of the room. Finally, we discussed price. I was impressed by the extremely straightforward pricing, so impressed that I didn’t believe it at first. I must have asked half a dozen questions about ancillary costs before I was convinced that the pricing scheme was as straightforward as advertised. I was given a very short window of time - 30 minutes. Not only did the movers show up in that window, they showed up on the first minute of the window. They were extremely professional and pleasant. They moved everything efficiently and quietly (Important because we were in an office).

The office staff was friendly and knowledgeable. My estimate was slightly higher than actual price which is better than a low estimate to get my business and high end price once the job is finished. The movers worked at a steady pace until the job was complete. They finished ahead of schedule and treated my furniture with professional care.

I chose your service because I saw you were piano movers. Unfortunately, even though I told the girl on the phone about my property and the existence of stairs, it was not until the movers were there that they informed me they could not move my piano. If I had known that before, I would have used a different service.
However, I am glad that I didn't. The movers were the highest quality I have ever witnessed. They were strong, disciplined, driven, polite, and FAST. I have moved 9 times in 13 years and I will be calling 2 Men And A Truck for every move from now on!

Driver “Mo” and his assistant worked quickly, were very professional, polite, and hard working. Uniforms were clean, I was honestly a bit surprised at the cleanliness of the truck. I’ve had movers before who seemed annoyed at having to do what they were paid to do; NOT these guys. I didn’t hear any complaining.
