All of our furniture was well taken care of and the movers were very friendly and polite. However, they seemed to be taking their time with moving, which I felt drove up costs. Also, neither the fridge nor the washer were properly attached, which led to flooding in our brand new laundry room and kitchen. We had to take time to repair the incorrect connections and clean up the water.

The men who helped us move a washer/dryer and fridge up a flight of steps were wonderful. They also moved various old pieces of furniture and were very careful with each piece. Very polite.
