The movers were great and took good care of my property. Had a little miscommunication. The office personnel said they would contact me but didn't tell the drivers and the drivers arrived before I did. Other than that, It went very well.

Your website made it easy to do business and your customer service was great. I almost went with another company but they did not get back to me on a timely basis and didn't even have an item list! Your website was easy to use, the movers were on time and very professional and last, but not least, your customer service agent, Sara was great! She was always helpful and I never felt like I was asking too many questions. Most importantly, I felt like my items were in safe hands. I haven't moved in a long time so I was very apprehensive about the whole process but your team relieved me of all that tension. I have told many people about my experience and I will use you again if needed.

The two young men who delivered my couch and put it together were on time, courteous, hard working, smart, careful, and efficient. Everything went smoothly and without any problems. They would definitely be my first choice as movers again. The women I spoke to in the office to set up the delivery were very helpful and clear, made the terms easy to understand, and were prompt with answers. Thank you all for the easy, pleasant experience. If I need help again, I will choose Two Men and a Truck.

I had to move my old family piano to my daughter’s house. Two men and a truck sent three men to move it. They arrived right on time. The men wrapped the piano carefully and meticulously, loaded it onto the truck and unloaded it at my daughter’s house just as carefully as they had packed it. Since the piano was a sentimental piece, I was thankful that they took such care in wrapping and moving it. The men were efficient and quick, and therefore took less time than I had estimated..... less cost! After they left each house they carefully set everything back in place, and they did not let the cat escape!

Complex move professionally done.... Excellent services at every stage provide by both Two Men And Truck management and on-site movers. Probably most impressive were the two men who made sure that every aspect of the move was accomplished without any problems. The availability of extra staff on both ends of the moves was a big plus.

This was my 4th move with the company. The 1st 3 were local moves in Montgomery. In all of those moves I had zero dings or scratches on my furniture. This move was different. Two pieces of furniture were scratched and dinged and a small decorative table was all but destroyed. That same table was successfully moved by the company 3 times before and by another brand name mover when I moved to Huntsville. It was undamaged each time. Because it has some pressboard in its composition, the company exempted it from insurance coverage. I don’t understand how 4 previous teams of movers could manage to transport it unharmed but this team demolished it. Training issue?

The movers were very professional and some of the hardest working guys I've ever met. They moved the whole house in like 3.5 hrs! This was my first professional move. I will never move myself again. I will always call you guys.

The friendly lady who answered the phone, made booking an appointment for furniture pick-up and delivery very simple and straight forward. I'm so happy I found your company! Your service allowed us to purchase furniture at Costco and have a way to get it into our house, out of the boxes and all set up!! The two gentlemen (AJ & Kevin) who helped us that day were punctual, had really good attitudes and were very careful not to damage either the furniture or our home while moving it! They did a great job all while being time efficient. I will be using Two Men and a Truck again, should the need arise.
