First off this is not a negative reply to this company. They are massively deligent in making sure everything you have is well cared for. For me, that is where this becomes less of a good thing. I had a very small move to accomplish and it still took four full hours to do it. Even with suggesting, asking, informing the crew that I wasn't concerned about whether some items where chipped or broken. I just can't move it because of my back. And when you are paying this kind of a premium it really helps when it gets done fast. My crew weren't lazy or anything they just were too cautious for the price. I had a small unit that wasn't even full, moved a mile or so down the road. I wasn't dissatisfied it was more of I can't afford to do this again if my move was any bigger, which all moves are.

Items were broken and it took longer than previous movers (that we used through two men and a truck). However, Anthony was great.

The movers were very helpful and listened when I suggested moving beds in first due to lack of space. They took care in moving and packing furniture to avoid damage. The bill was review with me, which I questioned and the mover rechecked and solved the issue immediately. I would use your services again.

Movers worked hard but job was estimated too small. Lost three china cabinet shelves. And lazyboy chair back was broken. Damage was not evident until dust cleared and is now evident; need to recover costs.

I spoke with Samantha and Melissa they were wonderful with information I needed, very professional. Andrew and Ben were excellent movers. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable! Moving is tough and everyone made this move easy!! Thank you

Slow slow slow. Took a 4 hour job 7 hours and way to much money for less than 15 pieces of furniture. Got charged for atleast 45 minutes worth of worker doing paper work. Didnt damage anything but Never!!! again!!! Will I use them.
