Threatened to cancel our move with half our stuff loaded, effectively stranding us, because one of the guys said he was bitten by bugs (in the Alabama summer in the country). When moving resumed hours later (with no actual bugs ever seen), the SAME MOVER fell and "broke his ankle," insisting his girlfriend take him to the emergency room "so he could get some Percocet." Really, PERCOCET! After elevating his ankle for about five minutes, he miraculously recovered and came inside to joke around with the other guys until his girlfriend arrived. Also, they broke a bunch of our stuff (bookcase, piano, an entire box of China, an antique end table). When we called to ask for a reduced rate considering all the drama, they told us if we didn't pay in full we "be in small claims court tomorrow."

Workers were respectful and had good attitudes. My only issue was the care for specific pieces of furniture. They didn't seem they should have wrapped some of the pieces they didn't. We will not know if there is any damage until we get it out of storage.

The office staff failed to put our move on the calendar even though I checked with them to make sure we were scheduled. After I called to inquire where they were, they were able to get our move started that day. Because they did not start on time and didn't have the person available to move a piano, our move was scheduled over 2 days and I believe that I paid more because of this. I was given a 5% discount for our trouble, but 5% was more insulting than if they didn't do anything.

On the other hand, the gentlemen moving us were wonderful. They had great attitudes and were very respectful and cheery! I enjoyed having them around. (Even though they did ding some moldings on door frames.)

Did great job> only problem was they hit my wall in one place with furniture and burst a small place in sheetrock. lady from office was told about it and said someone would call me in 2 days about it but never did. I purchased your insurance that i thought covered this.

They need to tell you how long you have to make a claim. Damage done on three pieces and didn't have much to move. Careless.

During the quoting process, I requested mattress covers. The movers did not bring mattress covers nor did they offer to go get some. He said that he would cover the mattresses with a blanket to keep them from getting dirty. When the moved the mattress into my new house, they slide the mattress across the dirty floor. So much for the blanket protection. They damaged my hardwood floors and scratched up a lot of my furniture. I called the office and explained to them what happened. They said they would have the General Manager call me and they would have someone come out and try to repair the scratches in my furniture. That was 3-4 weeks ago. I've never heard back from anyone. Everyone is very nice when you're talking to them but customer service and follow through is lacking.

I had bought a couch and needed it moved to my house. Was able to get it moved the same day I called. The office people were very friendly and helpful. Also, the 2 guys were very friendly and they did a awesome job. Would definitely use this company again.
