The team arrived right on time and packed everything quickly. The entire time, the team was polite, courteous, and treated all of my belongings well. I would certainly recommend them and use them again for any future moves!

The team was very professional and thorough. The team lead was detail oriented and conscientious of my property, both what was being moved and the home itself. Everyone was courteous and polite. A wonderful experience!

The guys delivered the furniture without damage; however at my new house (straight and level driveway) the driver ran over part of the yard pulling in and when he was backing out to leave he cut the wheel before he got out of the driveway and put a deeper indention in the lawn. He could have backed into the drive across the street before cutting the wheel. It was a straight shot.

My only request / missing component is that no one called me prior to my actual move date to confirm that I was in fact, good to go, and movers would be showing up at XYZ time. I ended up moving on a date the office was closed, but even prior office days (that were supposed to be manned in the office) I was not able to get ahold of anyone myself. So basically, on move day, I was sitting in my car at my storage space hoping that everything was good! It would have been great if you guys had call me anytime the week prior to confirm with me (proactively) that everything was good and the moving team would definitely be there. Might have gotten lost due to the holidays, but that's part of the reason it's all the more important - you were tough to get ahold of :-) Other than that, WONDERFUL experience and Thank You so Much! My moving team was EXCELLENT - great guys, very professional, did a great job, and fun. Very organized and orderly, kept me in the loop the entire time. Really could not have asked for a better experience! Thanks!!

The team of 6 was great. We premoved boxes, but they had all the heavy lifting. It was a full 8 hour day, and I insisted that they take a break for lunch, which I provided.
I was unhappy that 2 Men does not have a food break policy in place as part of what the customer pays for. Those guys burned at least 10000 calories each. Being light-headed from hunger is a safety risk.

The moving team used every precaution to ensure my valuable furniture didn't get damaged. A very satisfied moving experience. I do recommend this company and team.

We have used before. As usual, a professional job performed by competent, trained people. Clean, on time, and able to do the job with the right equipment.

Two Men and a Truck is a very respectful company, very polite, very quick, they don't stand around & chit chat like alot of people that you hire these days. I would highly recommend their company.

Our team was very polite and were always asking us if there was anything they could do to help with the move. We did not move everything from the original location, so we first gave the team walk through so they would know which rooms would go on the truck and which won't, as they moved items if they had concerns or questions about items they would ask. This was important because it made sure that the items that needed to be on the truck got on the truck. They also were very careful in taking items apart and putting them back together.

One of the things I would highly recommend is that they use the hand trucks more. I think they were concerned about the floors, and moved most of the boxes by hand. This concerned me because the boxes are heavy and after about 3 to 4 hours of picking up and carrying boxes I was concerned they would injure themselves and thought they should use the hand trucks. I am sure they are trained in the proper use of loading and moving hand trucks in order to make the move faster. Maybe they can ask or have a document for the owner to sign stating that it is ok to use hand trucks inside the house.

This was the fourth time we used Two Men and a Truck to move and we are extremely pleased with the service.
