It was by far the worst service I have ever experienced. Have my items left behind. Some items held hostage till I signed and paid for service. They spent a lot of time on cell phones or disappearing. I finally start moving things into my car to speed things up some. I am a 76 old female with a spinal injury, my reason for reaching out to I thought professional. The office staff showed no concern.

Our records do indicate you received an estimate with your pre-move letter that you signed ahead of your move and the final cost paid was well within that estimated range, but we understand your concerns were further reaching in that you felt as if the men didn't move everything for you. While it was confirmed by your crew and a manager onsite that you expressed your wishes for them not to continue loading items for you, we were sympathetic to your circumstances and had your sales representative reach out after you provided initial feedback to our office. We attempted to offer a crew at a discounted rate that would have kept the overall final total well within your provided estimate to help with the remaining items. We regret that wasn't a satisfactory resolution for you, but we do wish you well and hope you were able to get everything resolved on your terms.

The office staff were so great to get me booked on the day I really needed, as work makes my schedule a bit tight. The three men who helped us move were prompt, respectful with our things, and just genuinely super nice and kind people. They made moving SO much easier and just a better overall experience.

I needed washer and dryer sets traded out and a large executive desk and credenza move to the garage for storage. The cost included driving from a long distance away from Birmingham at their normal hourly rate. They arrived late by 15 minutes and adjusted the total of 1 hour 45 minutes (1hour drive time and 45 minutes on the job. The total $350 which is too much in my judgment but what can you do?

We had Dilan & Hunter on a Friday before Memorial Day - on I65 South & North, at that! They were excellent! Even leaving early to head down to Wetumpka.
They were very efficient, took care of our furniture at each stop, and always had a smile. These two make an excellent team. I give them 10 stars!
