Very slow, price was wrong, all my stuff didn't get moved. My daughter's dollhouse got broken. None of my stuff got put in the right area. Stuff was just stacked in the garage. Not happy at all.

They called to offer earlier available time, were very professional. After I did notice a 7 inch scratch on our wood floor, they could have pointed out to me had they noticed. . Overall great experience!

We were disappointed that one of our bookshelves was damaged. They were to have it repaired (replaced??). Representatives came and talked to us about it , but we are still waiting for it. It is badly needed to finish unpacking.

Tj was most helpful and worked very hard. I did however have damage to 3 items and the walls in my home. The day was long and I felt like the two men needed much more help. They got the job done but, Unfortunately at the cost of 4 extra hours and significant damage to property. The crew was unprepared for a sleep number mattress and have broken a $5,000 bed. New sofa has stains as it was pulled from packaging. Armoire was dropped twice, loosing a leg and breaking a hole through the wall at the first home and scraping a few drawers at the new home. The crew also carried the LED tv with out a box, leaving marks all across the screen. Again, the crew worked very hard but I feel over all they were not trained very well in how to properly handle items that were listed as special care items.

Service was acceptable, but there was a incident in my house. Wall on the stairs was damage, so fa I have no response from anyone about when this is going to get fix.

Two men, Christian and Danny were excellent. They were very professional and efficient. I am very satisfied and I would recommend them. However, I had to file a claim on the bed assembly job done by "extra hands"/training team. The bed board were supposed to be spaced out but they were put down right next to each other at the foot side, and there is a HUGE gap between boards at the headboard side. Also, the boards are not out of alignment. A big screw is sticking out from the side of the bed and it was covered up with a mattress. It is a shame that such an excellent job done by two movers originally assigned to my move is compromised by the training team. Plus contact me ASAP to resolve the issue. Some damage is done already and I will see how Two Men and a Truck handles a claim. Thank you

2 things not the workers fault. TV stand. Broken in transit, office chair floor pad missing. Not much of a problem for such a move. The workers were very good and did a great job. I will give them an “A+”.

Our movers were impressive and strong but at times not as careful as I would have liked. Some small damage done to wood floor and an antique was slightly damaged. In my opinion, the movers need to be schooled in appliances. One of the movers volunteered to help unpackage refrigerator, which ended up being laid on the floor, which was not good for the appliance.

Brandon, Clayton and Simon were very personable and hard working. However, they apparently were never or poorly trained on how to pack various objects. Many items were not really packed, just stuck in a box randomly without anything being wrapped or separated by any kind of buffer protection. Some upholstery had dirt marks and the cover of a set of box springs got slit as well as dirty. From our other moving experiences, I would say too much is expected of two men.

Took a chunk out of my floor, almost destroyed a floor lamp by removing the three lantern shades incorrectly (unscrewing-and bending out of shape in one case-electric components instead of the plastic washers that attached the shades to the lamp) and they put the parts in drawers in a random console, so I had to hunt them down to begin with. All in all, they were nice and had good hustle, but dang do you really have to do everything yourself if you don't want your stuff messed up?
