The two men that came out were in my opinion far too slow.
All they had to do was to move everything from the front door and put it in the truck.
The only heavy thing was a couch. There were no appliances.
This was a domestic abuse situation and I had discussed this with the office staff,who were extremely helpful
l,im talking about the lady that answers the phone and scheduled
the appointment.
I complaind to your office about the slowness of the men.
I was called and basically told that did everything they were supposed to and were within the estimated time. That was your estimate not ours and as time was of the essence,I really was not satisfied.
If my daughter's husband had returned home we would have to call the police. So actually you men being so slow caused a lot off in necessary stress.

We were very happy with our experience at first. The movers were efficient and very helpful. It wasn't until we were getting things in order later that we discovered problems such as damaged items. It would be difficult for us to select this company again.

The guys were very friendly and professional! That took a lot of stress of me while having my things loaded and loaded. They worked nonstop to ensure everything was on and off the truck as quickly as possible and were so patient with me while I decided where to place the items. Great job guys!!
