Overall the team was good. I don't fault them for not being able to fit all of our items on the truck. Not having a Rep come out and access what's being packed and moved is not fair to the customer because I was quoted for 5hrs with 3 men and they went over 2hrs. They stated in your phone quote there's no time allotted for way wrapping and taking furniture apart

On the positive, team was hard working, respectful and friendly. Team was pleased to do whatever was asked. On the negative, team left a significant number of marks on the walls and stacked some cardboard boxes on the side instead of straight up as packed and marked. Team did not put some boxes where they were labeled, example kitchen boxes put in garage, etc.

We are seniors and needed some heavy furniture moved from our main floor to a basement room. These guys knew exactly what to do with a leather dual reclining couch and latching large reclining chair. They were finished in such a short time and were friendly and professional.

I was very pleased w professional & friendly attitude from everyone at Two Men and a Truck. The office reconfirmed Fri before Mon move. The drivers called prior to arrival. My drivers did a fantastic job of filling up their truck to the max and worked hard for 7 hrs. Towards the end another truck arrived simply to assist my drivers. I would confidently use and refer anyone to Two Men and a Truck
