This experience was really professional. The office person, Nick, explained the explained the rates and options very clearly. Due to the distance, the cost for delivery was going to be prohibitive for the little we were moving so we elected to just use the unloading service. Both members of the unloading team were above excellent in attitude, performance and care.

The Movers, Steven and Shawn, in Truck 17, were excellent! They were friendly, hard working, and knowledgeable. We had some items that offered challenges like my cast iron smoker. Nothing was damaged. And they treated everything as if it was their own. This team performed great and Steven managed the move in a professional manner. Thank you.

Give our movers a raise! Fast and super efficient! Surprised they didn’t carry a couch on one hand and the love seat in the other!

The two movers arrived around 8:45 a.m. After showing them what was being moved and what was staying, they said they had been scheduled there until 10:00 a.m. but they would be done way before that. They left around 11:00 a.m. to go to my new residence. They explained they would stop for lunch and I would not be charged for that time. They arrived at the new residence and began unloading. They were slow in getting everything in and there were long periods of time spent in the back of the truck between loads brought in. At one point another team showed up to help "speed them up". That team only stayed a few minutes. I, frankly, was shocked when I was told my total cost for the move from one part of Vestavia to another. Perhaps if they were faster It would not have cost me so much.

Great experience overall. Office person who signed me up was very helpful. The young men who moved me were courteous, fast and efficient. They were also very good at preparing/wrapping items for the move. Only disappointment is that you bill for travel time to and from where the truck is dispatched. Not the customers fault that your trucks are far away.

This is the 2nd time Boston has helped us move and he is awesome! He's got a great attitude and is super helpful. We would definitely used Two Men and a Truck again!!
