This was my 3rd time using 2M&aT. There will not be a 4th. While I do offer my compliments to the one who did 90% of the work - there was very little team work and the driver appeared to be more interested in dragging out the job for a higher bill than getting the job done. Were it possible to rate each person individually, the above ratings would be much, much different.

Extraordinarily positive experience. The moving team was great and really worked non-stop at full pace. Though moving quickly, they also were very careful. I highly recommend! A+++

Worst experience of my life. Didn't even move everything. I have to rent another truck myself and make the 9 hr round trip to clear out house a week late which is costing me big time. Much of my wifes fine furnishings and keepsakes are broken and even though we finished our move about 7:30 PM Thursday 5/31, and had to rent two storage units, we can not get more than 4 days to inspect everything for damage and they were closed over the weekend anyway! . This is nothing more than 20 somethings improperly trained that trashed everything I worked my whole life for and as I moved to retire. They trashed most of what I worked for for 45 years. There should be a law. I hope they do right by us but based on Katie's attitude I am not very hopeful. By the way, fire Katie she's in way over her head

Our goal is to strive to exceed all customers&rsquo; expectations, and we regret that we were unable to do that for you, especially when we worked diligently to make adjustments to our schedule and to dispatch an additional truck and crew to your residence when we discovered there was more to be moved than discussed during your multiple phone conversations spanning several weeks leading up to move day. As far as your claims of damages are concerned, our claims department has been in contact with you about the items you mentioned had some level of damage to them. We will be sure to note your comments about the extent of damage you are claiming, however we certainly didn&rsquo;t get that impression from your conversations so far with the claims department. Again, we certainly apologize for your dissatisfaction with our company as a whole and the staff that serviced you. We take these claims very seriously and will investigate every aspect of your move and each member of our staff that was a part of it, but we do feel it is important to mention that we also take our training very seriously and each employee that you came in contact with has passed multiple levels of training prior to speaking with you on the phone or arriving at your home, so we certainly don&rsquo;t want you to have the impression that any of our employees are incapable of handling the positions they hold. Our claims department will continue to be in touch with you until all matters are resolved.</div>

Office service was excellent but movers were extremely slow and I got the impression they were just killing time. One guy hardly left the truck. After bill and tip were finished they left without saying anything a drove off leaving the door open. The poorest, least engaged and active movers I’ve ever used.

I moved from a two bed one bath apartment to a house when it rained like a monsoon outside! The two guys, Val and Nick, did not complain one time. They have extremely positive attitudes. The rain was so hard it was raining sideways. My stuff did not get damaged or really that wet at all. The big dresser pieces were wrapped well and moved effectively. These guys worked their tails off to do it right and I was very grateful. 100% would rehire! It did take longer than I expected, but I was not upset by the final total bill.

The guys were a lot of fun to work with. There was some down town while they were on the clock, but they refocused quickly. All in all, very good!

Our experience was top notch. From our first conversation with the office with Suzanne McGuire to our movers, Collin and Dan, we could not ask for more professionalism and commitment to making sure we were taken care of. Our movers were so kind and concerned about making sure our equipment was moved and set up exactly like we wanted. They took extreme care to be cautious and they did not waste any time. They were focused and willing to get the job done right. We appreciate the special attention and look forward to the next opportunity to work with you.
