<div>Tim, we certainly apologize that you didn’t have the best experience with our company. Our goal is to strive to exceed all customers’ expectations, and we regret that we were unable to do that for you, especially when we worked diligently to make adjustments to our schedule and to dispatch an additional truck and crew to your residence when we discovered there was more to be moved than discussed during your multiple phone conversations spanning several weeks leading up to move day. As far as your claims of damages are concerned, our claims department has been in contact with you about the items you mentioned had some level of damage to them. We will be sure to note your comments about the extent of damage you are claiming, however we certainly didn’t get that impression from your conversations so far with the claims department. Again, we certainly apologize for your dissatisfaction with our company as a whole and the staff that serviced you. We take these claims very seriously and will investigate every aspect of your move and each member of our staff that was a part of it, but we do feel it is important to mention that we also take our training very seriously and each employee that you came in contact with has passed multiple levels of training prior to speaking with you on the phone or arriving at your home, so we certainly don’t want you to have the impression that any of our employees are incapable of handling the positions they hold. Our claims department will continue to be in touch with you until all matters are resolved.</div>
