Our entire experience with Two Men and a Truck from the office staff to the
moving staff was excellent. The three young men who executed the move were prompt, polite, and hard working. They had to move a heavy piano under less than ideal conditions. They maintained a positive and upbeat attitude throughout the entire process. They were very careful with all of the furniture and appliances and delivered everything in perfect condition without a scratch. We would be pleased to serve as references for these young men and for Two Men and a Truck. Pat and Bill

I can't say enough about the team that moved us last week. Moving is hard and these guys had a positive, helpful attitude while working really hard. I'd recommend them to anyone and hire them again (but hopefully won't have to move again for a while!).

Did not arrive until after promised time. I was told that they would call on my cell phone before arrival and that did not happen. I was charged an additional charge and do not believe that was fair. Three men were sent to move a very small load, and one had a brace on his leg and couldn't do much. I assume that I had to pay for all 3 movers.

We take customer concerns very seriously, and have gone back to review the details of your move to hopefully be able to address them in this response. Your move was scheduled with an ETA (estimated time of arrival) between 8:30 – 9:00AM. While our goal is to always arrive within that estimated window, there are some circumstances that occur from time to time that cause a bit of delay with our arrival. That being said, our GPS records indicate that our men arrived at 9:00AM, which is the later end of the ETA provided for your move. As far as the third man is concerned, you absolutely weren’t charged in any way for having him present. Since this move was a regulated weight/mileage move, you were simply charged based on the weight of the items being moved in regards to the mileage from Point A to Point B. According to our records, this recent move cost only about $10 more than the move we performed a little earlier this year that was very similar in nature. The biggest difference was that this most recent move actually took an hour and a half less time to complete than the one before. Again, thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. I had moved 6 times in the last two years. To say I was dreading this move is an understatement. My movers just did an awesome job. Hour after truck was loaded, I was sitting in my recliner in my new apartment. Price was reasonable and worth every penny. Very, very pleased.

The guys did a great job of loading my old apartment up quickly and taking off! Due to the long distance move it took them a little longer to get there than I thought it would but upon arrival the quickly unloaded everything! (Literally running down the halls of my new complex)
