Our group of movers were friendly, respectful and showed a high sense of urgency. Logan and his team provided excellent customer service. We've used Two Men and a Truck before and had the same experience. If you're looking for excellent movers, call this group!

They Wrrived on time, worked thru with out stopping. The only complaint I have is the use of GPS. when we left the first location I had the driver call the office and add a second pickup location that was just a few blocks off the GPS route to pickup additional items, which the office okayed. When we left the second pickup location we were only a about 2 miles from the drop off location. The driver started out following me as I knew the shortest route, but turned off, I called him and ask why he turned off he said he had to follow the GPS route. I arrived at the drop off location a full 22 minutes ahead of them. He explained that he had to follow the GPS. I find that a waste of time that I paid for as you charge by the hour. I think you should trust me as I know the area better.

The initial call let me know about the insurance and employees. The company was able to change our date at the last minute because of an electricity problem at our new location. The men were respectful of the time because we paid by the hour.The men were courteous and well dressed. We did have some damage and that was addressed right away.

I am very pleased with the service provided by Two Men and a Truck during my daughter's recent move to Birmingham, Alabama. I can recommend them to anyone seeking assistance with a move. Further, my decision to use Two Men and a Truck was based partially upon the positive recommendations which I received from other family members. It is obvious that they make an effort to train their employees in both the art and skill of packing and moving as well as customer relations. The home office was very friendly and clear regarding the estimated cost of the move. When our moving team of Richaud, Andrew and Reggie arrived they parked the truck in a safe location; introduced themselves; established a work plan and then got straight to work. They worked efficiently and without delay.

Reed and Matt were awesome. Can’t say enough about how quickly and precisely they packed the truck and then repacked it high and tight in my storage facility. Their attitude was fantastic. I have have not been this impressed with a group of hired individuals in a long time. Office staff was very helpful and had a “ we are here to help” attitude. Congrats on hiring great people who get the idea of doing a great job everyday!

Our moving crew was awesome. They called when they left their facility and arrived on time. They were careful and efficient, moving us out of our 6500 square foot home in 2 1/2 hours. They were all respectful, courteous young men.
