My family have used two men and a truck four times and we are pleased with your company, they are great.

Both men that came to move me were very nice one was very young and did not seem to have as much experience but was willing to do what was needed, one that had all the experience was pleasant however he was extremely lazy and unorganized he would carry one light weight item to the apartment, the other young man seem to be doing all the heavy lifting it was taking an exceptional long time.This was not my usual experience with two men and a truck.I’ve always had men who were organized and worked quickly I called the office which was extremely helpful they immediately sent out three men.These men worked quickly and we’re very careful with the furniture Logan apologized numerous times for how things had began I will continue to use the company.( This was my fourth time but not as satisfied)

We have used Two Men & A Truck for both personal and business moves so it was an easy choice for our move this past weekend. From the initial phone call to the paying of the invoice at the end of the move, it was a seamless experience. Suzanne's cheerful voice and her desire to fully inform you of costs, scope included and scheduling were really appreciated as was her "day before the move" reminder call. Quincy and Ian were the best move team members that we have ever had. They were prompt, professional and very polite. They are an asset to your company. We will definitely use Two Men & A Truck again for any of our future moving needs.

Everything was great. I would recommend that you ask customers if they have pets or not, and try and avoid sending movers that have allergies to said pets. We have two cats and one of the movers is highly allergic. He worked through it, but was miserable by the end.

The movers were Jeremy and Matt and they were VERY slow. We used Two Men before when we moved from a split level large home to a ground level apartment and it was done in 4 hours from start to finish. It took Jeremy and Matt double that amount to move us from the 1,000 sq ft ground level apartment to a 1500 sq ft one level garden home. It seemed like they were going slow on purpose so that they would not have to do another job after ours. My husband explained to them on several of the larger items how the previous crew moved it in and they were determined to try it another way so they would not have to walk as far to the truck. I realize that they were the professionals but it got to be ridiculous after awhile. They did take very good care of our items and that was much appreciated!

Previously, I had used another company because of a Groupon promotion. While their hourly rate was less, there were unexpected "extras" added in and the quality of the movers and office staff were lacking. After using Two Men and a Truck, they will always be our "go to" moving company. The office staff was thorough but absolutely delightful, and Ian and Reggie were fantastic! Our move required going up and down steps, and they never wavered in stamina or spirit. Thank you, Two Men and a Truck, for a job well done!

The two young men who moved us were very polite, hardworking and professional. They were extra milers for sure! I would use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone. I was amazed at their strength and stamina and non-stop work ethic.

I moved household items from Hoover to a storage unit in Irondale on two separate occasions in preparation to sell the house in Hoover. Sean & Jacob took care of the move the first time, and were so good I asked for them specifically the second time. Scheduling was excellent - I was given a specific time they would show up, and they did. Most impressive was when they moved a grandfather clock for me - they treated it as if it was made of eggshells, wrapping/padding everything carefully. Some items were destined for my house in Irondale, which has a very steep and long driveway, and Sean backed up the driveway. I would highly recommend Two Men and a Truck to anyone who has to move.

The short and sweet is if you had a One to Five (poor to outstanding) rating system here I’d give you a TEN. The team much more than exceeded my expectations. Rest assured I’ll let “the world” know how pleased I am. VERY glad I used you folks.
