Had several items damaged and floor in new house, but things were handled right away and should be resolved soon. The young men were out standing. One even got hurt when some furniture slipped and pushed him off truck but he kept working.

The three guys that came to help us were incredibly professional, courteous, nice, and hard working. They made everything go very smoothly, and it was a very easy stress free move for us. They did an excellent job and I was amazed at how nice they were and how hard working they were. I will definitely be using two men in a truck's services again based on this experience! The only bad thing was they lost one of my couch legs. Otherwise they ran back and forth cutting down our amount of time to pay and worked really hard. They had excellent attitudes and I would always use them again.

Two Men in a Truck really came through for me in a pinch. I had to move out with very short notice, and they went above and beyond to make sure I got movers in the time frame needed. The office staff worked quickly to get me the information I needed, and the movers arrived on time, worked hard, and got me packed up and moved in record time. I am very satisfied with the services, and extremely grateful to the staff for going out of their way to make sure I got moved when I needed.

We have moved many times, mostly by ourselves. Used a local one time. This experience far exceeded expectations! Can't say enough good things. Thank you to Katie, Demarcus, Nicholas and Steven for getting us through this so easily! On time, professional, can-do attitude, we could not have asked for the first improvement. They streamed our stuff like it was theirs, well better bease they did not stop when we would have. They made sure we were good before they left, fine young men?

I was moving my things from storage to the basement of a home, which meant that items neither had to be packed nor placed in various rooms throughout the home. When the movers arrived, the commented that my things were exceptionally organized, stating that they rarely see someone with things in such good order. They also commented that they expected the move to take around 6-7 hours. From there, things went downhill. While the foreman of the team, Mason, worked extremely hard and had an outstanding attitude, the move never seemed to find a rhythm. In the end, they failed to complete the move before 'timing out' at 9pm, which meant that I had to pay for another month of storage and will have to pay for the drive time to/from for another moving company... not to mention more moving hours!

Although you are correct that well-organized items moving from storage units into a basement will typically take less time than a typical move, there were several factors regarding your particular move that did account for some of the time, namely the steep access at your unload and the 4 gun safes that required extra attention to be moved safely. After speaking with the crew, they recalled that you asked if the two crews could split up so one could go back to get more items from the storage facility with your father while one crew stayed with you at the home to continue unloading their truck. It was our understanding that the storage crew had a conversation with your father regarding the items remaining in the storage facility and that he had spoken with you about moving those items on your own at a later time. Based on your comments, we are assuming that is not the case. We will have a manager reach out to you to hopefully get more information regarding your concerns and to see what our options are to help get your move completed.</div>
