This move was very different from the last 3 moves that we hired Two Men & a Truck for. These movers were totally unprepared to move the furniture. So the bulk of the furniture was left for us to move. They did not take appropriate care with items. The leather sofa is severely damaged and the main television screen is scratched as well. All of which could have been avoided if they had placed moving blankets over the items. Also, this moving team should have been directed to not stack sharp edged items on top of leather. One of the young men dropped the master bed footboard and broke the reclaimed wood. The footboard was the only piece of the master bed that they moved. I am highly disappointed considering we have used Two Men several times and always had wonderful experiences.

they put all the giant wardrobe boxes downstairs but the closets are upstairs, they left a huge antique piece downstairs that was supposed to go upstairs, they damaged the balustrade on my staircase swinging on it, the boxes are not in the rooms they belong to, they're just piled haphazardly wherever they felt like putting them, if they'd organized the boxes by room going on the truck, they'd have come off organized like my previous move.

I was disappointed that the truck arrived with someone's washer/dryer and other items already in it - expected an EMPTY truck. Because of that, all my items would not fit and movers had to make an extra trip, costing me an extra 2 hours of charges. Also, a worker held my upholstered headboard against his sweaty face and body - it's in storage, so I can't see if it has stains, but I'm worried it's ruined. He should have carried it so the backside was against him, or put a cover over it. Men were nice, but should not have charged me for the second 2 hours.

The three guys worked hard on a very hot day. We believe they broke the glass in a curio cabinet because they had already removed the shelves before they told us it was already broken. Noticed later that other pieces of furniture were scratched. We had previously used your company to move items into storage. The hardware from the bedrooms was nowhere to be found.

There was damage to some of our furniture, but we did not notice it until the movers left. The damage to our frig was documented and is being taken care of. Despite the damage, our experience was good and the movers worked extremely hard!

I moved into a brand new apartment. I expect a few nicks and scrapes, but I have a 14” long gash in the floor where the movers slid furniture instead of picking it up and lifting it. Disappointing.

I appreciate the teams attitude and work ethic. They had 2 newer young men on the team and it may have hurt their performance. We have large, heavy pieces and several had small scuffs and dents. I think this was due to the fact they didn't take the time to cover my pieces with blankets during the 3/4 mile trip.

When i called to make the appointment for my move i was asked to provide a credit card deposit. When the movers finished my deposit was not showing on the invoice and the office was closed. So i had to pay again. Called on monday 4 times to get my money put back on the card. The movers were 3 young men who moved things way too fast. I have a lot of expensive furniture that i worked hard to pay for that has nicks and dings all over them now. My mattresses are dirty where they pushed them across the floor of the truck. They did not work as a team as if two people carrying something heavy one person would do it alone which caused the nicks and scratches. Very disapointed!!!!!!!!!!!!

Came on time. Handled my things carefully. Excellent service and value. Would suggest calling the customer a day or a few days before to confirm the appointment.

Two men and a truck did exceptionally well with moving my furniture from my apartment to my new place. Their attitudes and assistance in packing up the remainder of my belongings were both encouraging and helpful. The only thing that I would have wanted differently was the care of my furniture. A couple of parts on different furniture were slightly damaged but I have received no contact of the matter. Other than that I would highly recommend their service and for better and cheaper service, I would ensure that all belongings be packed accordingly and furniture prepared for moving are completely done before they arrive so they can move faster and more efficiently.
