The BEST group of guys who worked hard and ALL day to complete the job!! I was so impressed with their care and their character! My belongings were well taken cate of the whole time!! I can recommend with confidence- THANK YOU!!

You guys were great! It seemed overwhelming to me but they assured me that all was under control. The lead mover was SO courteous and appreciative of even small accommodations. My other mover was upbeat and seemed to appreciate my sense of humor about all. I dreaded this move, but they pulled it off without a hitch, even with intermittent rain. Great job!

Between the estimate to the actual move, it was not good communication. Movers were not very efficient and had poor attitudes. There are things missing and broken.

My team showed up with no tools to take apart my beds and other things. I was not told they would not disconnect washer, dryer, refridge, tv, even lamps. I am an older person using a cane to walk and I had to try to do all the things I thought I had hired someone to do. After loading and unloading to balance the load I lost patience and told them it was time to get what they had to my new place. They clearly were sent to do a LARGE job with a medium truck. They guys worked hard and were nice, but I wonder if they had had a bigger truck and tools could they have finished. Plus it cost me much more than the over the phone estimate. Not sure I would recommend for large move, maybe for apartment it would be okay.

This was the most pleasurable moving experience. The four gentlemen were timely, courteous, and very professional. Excellent job!!

My experience with two men and a truck was fantastic overall. My only two complaints:
1. I wish I had been able to talk with the men who were actually going to move my stuff ahead of time rather than just the office staff because they said they prefer things differently depending on whether you're on the 1st floor vs multiple flights of stairs... and they would've rather done everything in one day rather than 2 days like the office said
2. They put my soft wood furniture directly on dollies and clunked them down the stairs so several pieces now have large scrapes/dents in them. Luckily, the furniture was not expensive or "precious to me," but I wish they would've just taken the time to pad them a bit or slowed down so that the two of them could work together to carry it down the stairs.

Everything was excellent, my only concern is that they stacked 2-3 boxes on a dollie and bounced down the stairs with the dollie.....hope we packed everything good enough that we dont have too much broken items. if I knew the boxes were being taken down that way I might have been more aware of how i packed. I thought the boxes were going to be carried down instead of bouncing down the stairs

The move was extremely stressful since so much damage occurred to my furniture and my new home. I chose this company rather than a lower estimate because I had used you before. My frustration and disappointment are a result of lack of concern for personal property.
The team that was sent didn’t seem well trained in the method of lifting rather than pushing and pulling putting additional strain on furniture legs etc. There was little to know regard for my property resulting in broken, scraped, scratched and gouged pieces. I believe most if not all of our damage should have been and could have been avoided.
The follow up contact since the move seems encouraging. I am hopeful that it can be put right and resolved satisfactorily.
