The service was great. The only problem we had was that our two bed was not wrap with blankets during the moved process when they were taken apart. This cause damage to the edge of the bed. All other household furniture was wrap appropriate therefore there was not damage to those items.

Hayden & Brannon were friendly, professional & thorough. Great guys!
Only thing I would have changed was how items were packed. I had everything organized for two separate drop offs upon loading. However, all items were loaded in a disorganized way. Hayden & Brannon had to unload & reload numerous items. Made unloading more difficult & time consuming.

As a museum site we were very skeptical about the level of care the workers would provide. They were very careful and cautious, very aware of the fragility of what they were handling. On criticism, they were an hour hour EARLY (who woulda thought?) and we were not yet prepared, but job was done quick, easily, and painless.
