They were great from beginning to end. Estimate was spot on. Movers went out of their way to be accommodating.

I wish I could write a positive review because the team that you sent was on time and seemed like good guys. However, I was told that at the time I booked the move that all furniture would be shrink wrapped, but only one single drawer file cabinet actually was before I was told that they had run out. Items arrived with numerous "dings" including an expensive leather couch that was ruined.

The whole experience from contacting Quan to the guys that showed up was a good experience. They answered all my questions and were super friendly. The guys that showed up to pack my apartment were down to earth and friendly—the type of guys you’d have over to your house for a BBQ.

There were three guys assigned to our move and all three were very professional and efficient! Great teamwork as well! Highly recommend this group of young men!!

Guys were very helpful and got the job done so fast! They were friendly and accommodating people from Auburn. Moved alone as a young woman and I felt very comfortable around the movers. Professional and easy experience.

First of all, I would like to thank the office staff. They were helpful and friendly and even pointed out a billing mistake made by one of the loaders which saved me a lot of money. The loaders were great packing and loading our belongs from the old house. However, while unpacking the loaders didn't seem to care as much about our belongs or the walls they hit moving it. Just tired I guess.

Overall our move went great. The only problem was our large upholstered headboard was stained when a mover who was sweaty held it against his body when loading it. He should have rested the BACK side of the headboard against himself, then the stain wouldn't be noticed. We hope we can clean it. It not, I'll let you know.

But movers were polite and did an efficient job. Thx!
