My moving team was amazing! They packed everything quite quickly and efficiently. They unpacked everything and made sure to ask where I wanted everything. They were very accommodating with moving some things around and had great attitudes even though it was on the second floor and super hot outside! Fully recommend the service!

The moving team was unprofessional and unskilled. From the top of the stairs, they tossed boxes down to the bottom of the stairs. They damaged the property (door entryway, front door, etc.) when moving my furniture. They jammed my new sofa in the doorway and started kicking it to dislodge it and caused damage to sofa. There were 3 men but ended with 1 man and myself working. Charged me full price!

Karon and Austin was a good team! I really appreciate them helping me, even when my house looks like a tornado hit it. They didn’t have a ratchet tool to disassemble my furniture and had to go buy one. Besides that, they were the best movers ever!!!❤️

Anna is an asset.
The two movers who worked together regularly were kind, considerate of me and my belongings. They worked steady and were always moving and working together. Never on their cell phone. The 1 mover Dale I think, in training was unprofessional, recklessly dropping my boxes and I had to ask him to remove himself from my move. He was careless, standing around and on his phone alot.

The two movers were very courteous and helpful. They needed almost no guidance from me about where to start and how to proceed; very good with placement of furniture at new place. Only one mistake - they packed 2 pieces of artwork but left it at the house. Luckily I found it the next day when making my final trip to the house. They may not have realized I wanted them to transport it.
