Excellent service, moving is a very stressful process and ours was compounded by having 3 locations to pickup from before going to the new home. The moving team was very professional got everything done quickly and efficiently. We did have a little issue with misplaced legs for a couch however the office and the moving teams were able to find them and get them to us quickly. 10 out of 10.

The use of Two Men and a Truck was to move a credenza and table two miles down the road. The original date had to be changed due to access issues. I called back and moved the day from Monday to Friday. The phone guy said the only way to do that at 9 on Friday was with a 3 person crew. I agreed. On Friday I called and the time had moved to 5pm due to another job. Caused me to miss a day of work.

We are very sorry for any miscommunication, but our schedule was full prior to you scheduling your appointment and we always had it planned to fit in your move at 5pm. We also confirmed this with a premove confirmation letter, and a phone call the day before.
