Have Snacks And Hydration Available

Use Sunscreen
Sunscreen might not be top of mind when it comes to moving, but that doesn’t mean it isn’t important.
You’ll be in and out of your house as the move happens, which means plenty of exposure to the hot summer sun for multiple hours. Applying a good base of sunscreen and continuing to reapply throughout the move is a good way to avoid sunburn.
Dress For The Weather
Dressing appropriately is a good idea for moving during any time of year, but even more so in the summer.
Light, breathable clothing is the way to go when moving during the summer months, and you’ll want to make sure you have a pair of comfortable athletic shoes ready, too. With how much moving, lifting, and walking you’ll be doing as you move your home, you’ll appreciate having this comfortable and light clothing on.
