Elane Stock is CEO of ServiceMaster Brands based in Atlanta, Ga. She formerly served in several roles at Kimberly-Clark International, most recently as Group President where she was responsible for operations in more than 60 countries, 30,000 employees, and 56 manufacturing facilities. While there, she guided the $8 billion consumer business across the Asia Pacific, Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Latin America regions for all major brands which included Huggies, Kleenex, Kotex, Andrex, and Scott.
Prior to that position, served as President of Kimberly-Clark Professional, and had P&L responsibility for the $3 billion “away-from-home” B2B business, with more than 10,000 commercial customers and 4,000 employees spread out over 37 countries. She also spent time as the Chief Strategy Officer for Kimberly-Clark, where she was responsible for enterprise-wide strategy, implementation, mergers, and acquisitions.
Stock also held leadership roles for McKinsey & Company based in Dublin, Ireland – including time as the Partner and Managing Director – serving Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 clients across a variety of industries, including Travel, Retail, Consumer-Packaged Goods, and Industrial Manufacturing.
