The guys were great - they worked very hard, were efficient with our time, and had a tough upstairs delivery which they took care of nicely!!

I will definitely hire Two Men and a Truck with my next move. I called on really short notice and they were able to arrange my move on the date I needed. The team, Vryston and his partner were on time, efficient in loading all the boxes I had (a lot!), and super courteous and friendly in the process. The cost was very reasonable too.

1500 Temperpedic mattress ripped, blanket chest leg broken, utility shelf leg/bracing broken (mover's did not say anything). Was told by mgmt mattress would be taken care of - that was over a week ago. Still have not heard back from them. Totally unacceptable service.

New washer was dented. Black window on dryer all scratched. Handles were not placed back on fridge (they are still off as I am not sure how to do it). Had to ask team to please put beds back together, ceramic base night stand broken. The movers asked to borrow 2 pair of my pliers, which were not returned. I will stop there, as you must be seeing a trend.

Have not returned damaged table leg support which we were told was found on truck after move and have not responded to our inquiries.

The charge person was excellent, informative careful. Someone stole some of my wife's jewelry, important sentimental jewelry. The person packing my office threw my computer in a box upside down without packing, did not pack the keyboard and power supply with the computer. I have not found the parts/supply and probably never will. Modems and cable boxes are missing, security system parts cords and plugs are missing. My wife gave explicit instructions to pack plugs/wires/etc with the appliances - not done, some still missing. My wife is devastated.

I had some small damage to a desk. The driver took a picture and reported it to the office. I was told someone would call me back and not one has.

The movers did pretty well. However, they tried to cut corners and almost broke our bed frame because they didn't want to disassemble it properly. They ended up disassembling it after I pointed out that it was about to break when they were moving it. Our dresser is wobbly now, the back panels are no longer attached properly. The dresser was fine before the move. The movers were very nice and professional, but needed to be more careful. Please reach out to me so we can figure out what to do about our dresser.

Everyone was great but we did have 3 items damaged in the move . It happens we’re human.

The movers on our team were very efficient, friendly, and professional. They worked fast and hard and kept checking in with us on how they were doing. I appreciated their eagerness to do the job right through the entire 3 part process. We had several very large moves (2 large office suites & one move of our records) and only had one piece of furniture that had any damage which they reported it to me right away. I understand some things cannot be avoided and have no concerns with what happened. My staff and I really appreciated the work provided by your company, particularly the speed at which they worked which kept our costs low and helped us come in under budget. Thank you to your entire team!
