You need to completely revamp the way you estimate and invoice. Your current system comes off dishonest where line items are not clear. Nothing is consistent. A UX designers can help you achieve this. If you continue with the current practice you company will eventually fail. Remember, you need to put your customer at ease.

The movers were prompt and very helpful with moving the house furniture to storage and placing the new furniture in our house. They worked quickly and efficiently and worked well together. Kind and respectful. Quickly moved us out and into new home in less then 3 hours! They were wonderful! I used two men and a truck before and had same experience! Will always recommend and use again if needed.

The movers had a good attitude. The issue is that the driver in charge was not considering the virus epidemic overall. He immediately shook my hand and was in a very close proximity. Also I am not sure that the drivers had or used hand sanitizer. One of the drivers sneezed without covering his mouth. Drivers need to use extreme caution please. Please educate and use every safety measure

Because we needed Two Men and a Truck to unload a big delivery, they were kind of on stand-by, since we didn’t know when the truck was arriving. We called the day before, and were able to get 2 men to come and help when the truck came in. Thanks for being so flexible!!
