Workers were very friendly and helpful, but we're not aware of extent of our move. Even though two men and a truck had done the moving of our things to storage originally. Had to reschedule another day to finish move. Also I had been told movers would take apart and set up beds and dressers. Overs said couldn't put back together because hadn't been ones to take apart.

Movers commented multiple times that we were much more prepared than most. We did not have them move items into the house and my wife and I unloaded a significant amount of the truck into the garage ourselves. Yet it took twice as long as predicted. They broke a very expensive crystal pitcher in transit and were very apologetic for it but unfortunately the manager told us it was our fault because they did not pack the box and even implied that we intentionally broke it before hand to take advantage of them. We will not be using two men again and none of our friends will either. My just moved into a new customer home subdivision and the developer will be suggesting that families explore other options when choosing moving services.

It could not possibly have been worse! Packers 6 hours late, hardly packed anything. Truckers could not fit all my belongings, had to leave things I wanted. Boxes not labeled, most boxes contain items from 3-4 different areas, used my towels as packing material, several sentimental items broken. I have used 2 previous moving companies (Wheaton & Mayflower) and was totally satisfied. This move could not have been any more horrible than reality. I will never ever use or recommend. I blame the estimator mostly. Packers were exhausted and didn’t have sufficient supplies. Truckers were inexperienced in loading and I had to leave too much! Never again!

Overall just great. Husled all day and were very respectful.
