Multiple pieces of my furniture were damaged, including the lids of our baby grand piano. It is my understanding that the claims process has been started. I am waiting to hear from the management to determine next my next step.

My team was EXCELLENT. They were fast, informative and efficient. They worked extremely hard and made sure everything was taken care of to my satisfaction.

The movers were polite and respectful of supplies. They try to get stuff done as soon as possible to repect my time and they work together as a team. The office should have been more clear on how exactly they charge for the move whether it's by time and /or by amount of stuff moved . I also asked for a recipt to be emailed before the move with the estimate cost which wasn't done.

We used the option of three men and one truck. The guys were great! Very polite and very careful with our belongings. Nothing was broken. They did a fantastic job!

They did a fine job, the movers were very courteous and friendly. If we have the need to move furniture again, we will definitely use 2 Men and a Truck.
