Community Service has been ingrained into our business from the very first move. In the first year of business our founder, Mary Ellen Sheets, profited a cool $1,000 (hey, that was a lot of money back then). She immediately divided the profits in 10 and donated $100 to ten different companies. This commitment to giving back to the community has only grown stronger over the decades. Movers for Moms®
TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® was built on the idea of giving back to the communities where we operate, and we are excited to give back to the San Marcos community in every way possible. This spring, we will run our first annual Movers for Moms® campaign, where we partner with local businesses and organizations to collect essential care items to donate to women living in women’s and family shelters on Mother’s Day. Realtor of the Month
As a native of San Marcos, Kristin Pennington Wingard recognizes the value and trust that families have placed in her over the years. She strives to exceed expectations by being on time, being honest, and doing what she says she will do. Prior to entering into real estate, Kristin served her community for over 20 years as a local funeral director. This experience instilled the value of family and helping those during a difficult time in their lives.
As 2020 Four Rivers Association of REALTORS® (FRAR) Rookie of the Year, Kristin completed her requirements to become a fully designated REALTOR®, serving on committees with FRAR, as well as earning her Graduate, REALTOR® Institute and Sellers Representative Specialist designations. Kristin will consult with you to make informed decisions, negotiate for you, treat your money as if it was her own, and handle the details that go into the many steps of the real estate process.
Outside of real estate, Kristin is a mom and wife. She serves her community by acting as an Ambassador for the San Marcos Chamber of Commerce, serving on the board of the San Marcos Education Foundation and the San Marcos High School Diamond Line dance team. Kristin also finds time to play with her rescue dogs, read and spend time with family and friends.
