I am dissatisfied with the office staff. Initially, I was quoted wrong and was to receive a credit for the error but did not. I received the second quote and they had the addresses wrong. I am disappointed in this office, staff and the fact that I did not receive a credit for these errors as promised.

I appreciated having a real person answer the phone who was knowledgeable and able to answer any questions.
The movers were extremely professional, personable, meticulous in how they handled my mother’s furniture and belongings. They were efficient as well as kind to address any concerns (which were few since they did such a good job).

My moving team was untrained and careless. They did little wrapping and boxed matches, flammable liquids and cleaning products together. Worst moving experience ever. Boxes unmarked. You are rationing tape? Each man was given ONE roll. Is that why they left at 4pm after dumping wardrobe boxes full of non- clothing. Shame on all of you.

I can’t say enough good things about Kevin and Joel. I would recommend them and I will ask for them if I’m in the need of movers in our future

Your moving team was really great. Erika got us scheduled quickly & follow up back & forth was prompt & courteous. The three young men (M. Binas (sp?), L. Young, A.Youry) moving us were personable, hard working & used great customer service skills, they made sure everything was protected & secured properly & were thoughtful of time. Thanks so much for your help, we will use your services again!
