As of today, Sunday, Sept. 8,2019, I have not had a reply as to the location of china cabinet. Driver was to take to your shop and have left glass on side replaced and return in 1 to 3 weeks. Please respond. Thank You.

At this time we have not completed the transaction. Waiting for office to find an antique china cabinet that the glass was cracked while transporting to new location. Office did not know where the driver had taken it. Waiting for an answer. Also when will it be repaired and date returned to me.

The movers were late, saying someone did not show up. One fellow was quite new- about a month. He clearly was unfamiliar with loading and was very slow. The move took over 12 hours to get 3 hours away. Several items were broken. After apologizing once, no more apologies were made. No thank you for the tip, although I shouldn't have given it but felt bad for their long day too.

I have multiple dings and scratches in my furniture/walls/stains in my brand new carpet from the carelessness and inadequacy of the movers. They didn’t wear booties- they didn’t wrap my dressers- and they hit multiple walls. I could’ve done a better job myself moving my furniture. The service I received isn’t worth a penny with all of the fixes I have/have been making due to the movers. I’ve called 3 times to get my bill adjusted because of this since the move and haven’t received one call back. I have no words for this experience.

Overall this was a very easy and well executed move. The men and equipment scheduled arrived promptly and there were no surprises on moving day. The movers were hard working and professional. A couple of pieces of pottery in one box were broken. The movers removed the legs from the ottoman that was part of the sectional sofa and, at the end of the day, the ottoman legs could not be located. The one of the drivers said he had possession of the ottoman legs and would deliver them after they finished their second move but we didn't hear anything further from the movers that night nor the next day (Friday). After several phone calls and emails, someone delivered the legs Tuesday evening but they were not the correct legs. Issue was finally resolved the next Friday (8 days).

Two men showed up here as planned. They - especially one of them - did not have the energy or the attitude I'm used to seeing in Two Men and a Truck. I picked Two Men and a Truck because of the professionalism I'm used to seeing with you. I've used you MANY times. I only had a few items to move. They broke the marble top I asked them to move. They said a claim form would be sent to me and it wasn't. The time they spent to sort out the issue was charged to me !!! They took longer than former teams would have needed, yet I was charged the same hourly rate as normal. I live in a big neighborhood and have recommended you in the past. I will now switch to 'stay away'. There was no follow-up - call or otherwise. I could have just as well used Craigslist in this instance.

I'd like to say upfront that this was one of the best decisions I've made in a long time. Hiring these guys to do our moving was a significant reduction in time spent and stress experienced. Having said that, nothing is perfect, and I do feel like there were some things they could have improved on:

- There was damage to our downstairs guest room wall when the treadmill was installed
- There was damage to our outside patio furniture (circular table)
- There were a few nicks and dents around the walls of the house
- For the most part, they were a fun bunch...but as we were wrapping up the loading process at the old address, they were getting snappy with each other and my wife. In my opinion, these guys need to be provided with some kind of time/money for a snack/meal during the move.

I was disappointed with this move. Multiple things broken and damaged - and it wasn't the current team's fault. Per them, the items were that way when they moved them out of the storage unit (that Two Men and a Truck moved us into back in March). I wrote a check for moving help almost two weeks ago and the check hasn't cleared, nor has anyone tried to call me to figure out what to do about the broken items. Only one truck was needed to move us into storage, but two trucks were needed to move us out of storage, which cost us significantly more and meant the movers weren't as careful with stacking The office staff that helped me reserve / book Two Men and a Truck was extremely nice. The movers themselves are all very nice and courteous. But overall, won't use the company again. :(

My desk was not properly put back together and I fear that after the attempt installation it will not be as it was prior. Also my red trunk's handle was broken off its chain. I called to follow up but have not heard back yet. Otherwise everything else was fine and looking forward to timely resolving the furniture concerns.
