Worst moving experience I have ever seen. My home has wall damages, my furniture got scratched up and chipped, my washer and dryer went rolling off there dollie cart and got dented, scraped up, attitude from mover . No response back from their claims department. Definitely would not recommend.

I felt like our team was really helpful and hardworking. There was one younger member that was trying to do too much and scratched our walls quite a bit. Nice guy-just needs to slow down.

The guys were friendly and efficient. However one tv did get damaged in the move.

The movers did a very good job. There was a lot of large furniture going from a large house to a smaller house so it was not an easy move. The guys were young but had been through training. Given the large amount of furniture, damage was minimal. A light scratch on the floor and a couple of nicks in door frames and one broken umbrella. They have been very receptive about fixing the damaged areas. The only mistake was several lamps were put into a wardrobe box that broke through due to weight and scratched the floor. Needed lamp boxes. They took care to wrap the furniture and they were very good about remembering what mattresses went with what beds and were very knowledgable about how to disassemble and reassemble the beds. The guys were very respectful and professional. Would recommend.

Microwave got damaged they left it outside my apartment for me to throw away when I asked them to take care of it, poor service

The team was pleasant and nice. However ALL of my furniture was scratched!!! I attributed it the fact that my furniture is heavy and the team was inexperienced in moving heavy furniture. My poor experience is solely on the fact that ALL my furniture was scratched and not on the attitude of the team

1st. They were almost 3 hours late. The movers did what they could although they were not properly prepared. The did not have the correct tools to disassemble/reassemble the furniture. They also somehow broke the dryer. I used the dryer the very morning and everything worked perfectly, now the dryer will not even power on.

Previously this company has been good, but this move was terrible. Movers didn't care about damaging wood stairs, walls, etc. Didn't care about being careful when moving into a new construction house. Large very heavy items were slid down wooden stairs instead of carried. They incorrectly wrote the amount of time billed for on the receipt (30 minutes more). Still can't get a hold of anyone to do anything about damaged item and houses and the move was about a week and a half ago

Everything was okay. But the communication has been unacceptable. Broken items are still not repaired.

I have used Two Men and a Truck three times previously. Never had a problem, until now. This time, my property was damaged and some is missing. The movers were hurried and careless. They set boxes down on their sides, causing the contents to shift. Dissapointing.
