The 4 man team I had were very professional and curtious!

The only issue I had with the move was created out of confusion or lack of clarification. In my mind I had instructed that the team remove all items in a particular room. I left before the vans were completely loaded and did not check to make sure everything I wanted moved was indeed loaded. As it turns out an item, a secretary from my wife's family was left behind. I now have to hire them again to get this to the new address.

Moving team of 2 men was great although they could have used a third person for this move.

Used Two Men and a Truck several times in the past. The office staff managed to reschedule my appointment when I got sick the morning of the move. Every crew I've worked with has been great!!! They know what they are doing, work quickly, secure items as needed, and are friendly and listen to you. Make the moving ordeal so much easier! Thanks guys!

Brad and Ivan took really good care of my furniture both in moving it out of my condo and in moving it into my storage unit. I was most impressed by how they wrapped my furniture up before moving it.

It was a brutal move! Had to bring everything up four flights of stairs.... Thank you!!

I rated the office scheduling poor because they got the dates wrong and then later blamed me for the error. I originally wanted 8/9/18 to move our mother’s apartment, but was told that was not available so we settle on Saturday 8/11. I was called by the moving team on 8/9/18 asking if I was ready for the move that day. I told them it was scheduled by the office for 8/11. Then the front office called me later on on 8/9 and told me I was wrong and indicated it was my fault. This is Poor customer service who ever it was I had to deal with at the local office on 8/9/2018. THe movers were execellent and clear. They were respectful and helpful. They did a great job wraping and did overall very well. You need to figure out what is going on in the front office.

Moving team was on time and worked in a very timely manner and completed the move. The team had a few issues to work around because of road construction and it did not seem to bother them at all. Great job!

My movers showed up on time, were very courteous. They worked very hard and took excellent care of my items. It was clear they were professionals. They even gave me suggestions that saved me money. They finished up a little early and their reinforcement came at an excellent time. I wad glad I didn’t have to worry about my husband or friends hurting themselves trying to lift something incorrectly or something that was too heavy for them. Definitely would hire again.
