Movers were great and got things done fast and efficient. Only small complaints were they broke two tubs but nothing inside was damaged so that was good. I also wish they had better equipment to prevent tracking mud or dirt into apartments. But I would use them again

While the guys were very nice and friendly. I do have concerns about the level of understanding they applied during the move. Two X-ray heads were broken. If just one breaks I can see it being an accident. Two breaking is lack of attention to detail. Also, at one point I had to ask them to use two people to move the chairs while on the dolly bc the chairs were just toppling over.

I was very disappointed with the movers. They were suppose to be professional, but they damaged the walls of my brand new home. They created deep marks in my dry wall, and I have black marks on my walls & door frame. The insulting part is that they did not acknowledge it. I had to tell them. They damaged pieces of furniture too. This was the worst moving experience ever. I want my claim resolved.

From Nadia and Eddie in the office to the excellent movers of Jamal, Jamal and Taylor, the experience was amazing. We would highly recommend. And yes, that’s three men and a truck!

The team of three left too many items behind including a flatscreen TV a lamp, my microwave, my toaster oven. When I mentioned this to a friend she said I should’ve pointed that out to them and my point to her was I was busy at the new location telling the ones that we’re moving furniture where it went in the new house it was just across the street. And they should have at least asked me.

They are furniture movers. Not piano movers. They didn't know how to handle a piano and really didn't have a piano dolly or even an extra furniture dolly ... so they tipped the piano on its side on a hand truck. To them, my piano was a another piece of furniture. Once they got it on the truck, I made them turn it upright. At home we had them place it in the terrace level not upstairs as planned.

Pianos are not always the easiest items that we move but our teams are capable of doing so without incident. Moving one upright is not required and often it is safer to move them on one end as it makes handling corners and doorways much easier. We apologize if the process was not better explained before the item was moved and we are happy to know that your piano made it safely to your new home.
