Terrible service, men dragged themselves to make sure time paid for ran out before completing job. Furniture and other items (boxes) left piled up in my apartment, had to place them by myself. Then, I’m been harassed for a tip I was asked for and promised to give. I shouldn’t have to feel pressured to give a tip for a bad job. I will still give the tip because I promised them and I keep my word.

I had an amazing experience with this moving company. The team was so efficient, handling all of my belongings with great care. Even in inclement rainy weather, they were absolutely fantastic and maintained a positive attitude throughout.

My TV legs were broken by the movers andI was offered $25 because the reimbursement is by weight. I hired professional movers to safely move my items and they were the ones that broken arguably my most expensive item.

The valuation coverage selected for your move was the standard Basic Value Protection option, which reimburses based on weight, not retail value. The Office team followed up with me and kept me in the loop with adverse weather coming into the city. Roman was very nice and I am so glad that they went ahead and kept my move on the schedule even though storm Fern was coming through. My moving team was professional, careful and fast. I believe one of the moving team member's name was Jamal. The moving team was great, wonderful experience.

At the starting location, everyone was very careful with our things until someone dropped a priceless heirloom down the stairs and then when we arrived at the second location, my items were thrown off the truck. My shoes were spilled into the street items were found at my neighbors lawn. And generally the head person taking the things off the truck was very inconsiderate of the value of our things

We scheduled an appointment for Monday. The team did not show up and didn’t notify us of canceling until we called them. The office employee we dealt with said they attempted to call but did not call. We were promised a 2 hour move because of this and it took the crew 4 hours and we were charged more than we were told. Crew also took our bed hardware. Horrible experience and incompetent staff.
