The packing was poorly executed. I had sugar and oil spill in the same box because they were not wrapped up. Placing items in boxes then putting paper on top and the sides is not packing to me. I have moved with the military and that is not good packing. However, moving the items out and into the new place was good. I appreciated that they reassembled the bed and office desk.

Although it’s not cheap, the movers were quick, careful and efficient! They moved us out of one apartment and into another in the same complex in ONE hour!! It truly made life so much easier!!!

While the gentleman were very nice—-I unfortunately found damage to a metal bed frame, scuffs on my couch, and some fragile boxes(marked as such) squished/ not handle with care.
They showed me the truck but we did not do a walkthrough at the the end (should’ve insisted so partially on me for not looking).

Your crew was absolutely amazing! Could not say enough good things about them! They were super friendly, knowledgeable, capable, careful & despite rain during my move, they made it totally enjoyable!!

The movers did a great job they were just a bit slow which meant I got charged more since they charge hourly

Overall, it was an excellent experience. The crew worked fast and efficiently. Only two problems:
1) The front door of the old house had to be taken off the hinges in order to get something out. No problem. However, they did not put it back on.
2) Near the end of the move, one of the crew was moving my mechanic's cart full of tools. He had it on a hand truck and it fell off, bending it.
