Cynthia
I do wish you had covers for mattress instead on having the sweaty men carry them loose

<div>I'm so sorry about that Cynthia. We actually carry mattress protectors on all of our trucks to protect against this. I will definitely look into why they weren't offered to you to be purchased as well as why they weren't wrapped using one of our moving pads that are complimentary on every move.</div>

I was disappointed that we switched from 2 trucks to one, that lead to a lot of stuff left behind at old house and multiple trips to get it. The movers took great care in the furniture not getting damaged but did not reassemble beds, treadmill, TVs that they disassembled. Screws to tv’s were lost as well.
Marjorie
The movers were very nice and polite. Did their work carefully. I love this company and have been impressed with your work in the Mother's Day campaign assisting domestic violence shelters. I would not go anywhere else.

Matt
Terrance and Winston were champs and knocked it out-of-the-park for us during both moves. So helpful and courtesy to my family the entire time. Anybody moving that gets lucky enough to get this team will be so thankful to be in their hands! Kenya was especially key in getting this all set up and scheduled as well. Thanks a bunch! -matt

Dayvyd
They broke 3 things and would not accept responsibility for breaking my washing machine. Didn't load everything I wanted them to. Did not wrap stuff properly. Very BAD, will never use 2 men and a truck again and will not recommend anyone to use you. They also wanted a gratuity!! Terrible!! Terrible!!!
Bernadette
It was a great experience. The men were professional and courteous.
