I had people warn me that 2 men and a truck would ride the clock to increase the invoice. I am happy that my moving team was not like that. My moving team was quick proficiant and polite. They really made my moving experience better. It was worth every penny and if I move again I will be sure to ask for them.

I have used 2 men and a truck three times now. Each time they did a great job moving my furniture and other things. The movers work hard and are good to work with.

Move went very smoothly. They were a little late based on the phone call the day prior, but within the window of the original appointment.

Pleasant fellows, not the silent type that just grunt at you. Enjoyed them.

BUT: It is not compliant with current credit card practices to take a imprint of the card. He is carrying the swipe and getting approval, you don't need the imprint. Time to let that go. It worries your patrons, I didn't feel like I could tell him no, but I would like confirmation it is destroyed if you would please.

Thanks, good move overall, will be calling again in June for the second half. Won't give you an imprint then:)

The movers were very professional patient ,pleasant and punctual. They were very sensitive in the way they handled my furniture as if it was their own. They performed an outstanding service and took this move from the "Cradle to the Grave",in other words from "Start to
Finish". I strongly recommend Two Men in a Truck to my family and friends for future moves.

The two movers were excellent and very hard working. Definitely the type of employees I would want to hire for my company. They paid great attention to detail, and didn’t let a minute go wasted. I really feel like I got my moneys worth. If I have to move again in the future we will definitely hire Two men and a truck, specifically the two men that worked my job.

Moving crew was VERY late to my house. They arrived at 10:40am and I was told they would be there between 8:30 and 9:00am. Also, it took them a very long time to drive from the pick up spot (Macedonia Road) to the drop off location (near Grant Park in downtown Atlanta) I left 30 minutes after them, made a 25 minute stop and still arrived before they did??

The initial review and discussion with the office staff was simple and throughly explained. The crew arrived on time and started asking for direction from us along with accessing the items to be moved. Three out of four of the crew members were positive and hard working. There was one member that was negative and did not apply any finesse. I saw him several times hit walls and take boxes marked fragile placed upside down on the dolly. I did not appreciate the phone call I received after the job was complete asking me to give high scores because they would address the issues with that employee. Addressing the issue and having the issue occur are two different things.

One piece was damaged, noted on mover’s report and I mentioned it to office staff yet no one has followed up with me to resolve. The movers cancelled on the day of my move and rescheduled for next morning, yet they showed up at 2:30. It made our move very stressful and really put us in a bind with our moving deadline.
