Guys wouldn't set anything up leaving us to build our two beds and put our reclining sofa together. That was all that had to be built. Still wouldn't do it. Took a big chunk out of the back of our dresser, damaged. And when signing the paperwork earlier in the day had areas highlighted for me to sign and I inadvertently signed for the highest amount of protection and paid without realizing.

The booking of the service was easy and my initial contact person stayed in touch. The quote was reasonable and the price did not change and there were no surprises. The movers showed up on time, were efficient, friendly, and appeared to know what they were doing. The furniture was carefully wrapped and delivered on time with no damage. I will use this service again.

I accidentally put in the wrong phone number on the invoice resulting in missing my morning appointment. After speaking with them later that morning, they quickly rescheduled to the next time slot. The entire experience was 10/10. Movers were efficient and took proper care of the furniture.

I was given a quote by Gina that was not accurate or correct. Many items were left that I asked the lead tech Courtney to remove. I had to pay another mover the next day to move the rest of my things. My cost to go around tje corner was over 1700 dollars which is extremely ridiculous. Booker is great with breaking down beds and reassembley. However I cannot recommend.

Ronny and Malik were fantastic and professional - they made the whole move flawless (in the middle of a hurricane, even). The admin staff was great about keeping us informed. Great process overall!

I’ve used Two Men And A Truck probably 46 times now always great service. This time seemed a little high the charge but they’ve done many moose for me and I’ve always really appreciated the guys work so hard and do a great job.

Late arrival time-11am. Left stuff at the house and didn’t get everything. Absolutely horrible experience. Packer guys were awesome. Office staff and operations manager were horrible. We were still unpacking at 11:30pm day of move. It was truly a nightmare.
