Our team was very courteous and professional. They even took an older TV that did not work to disposal for us. They were conscientious about time and called to confirm stop and start times due to rain. They even took some of our empty boxes away. The team asked where each box went to insure that they placed them exactly where we wanted them. We even moved the bed from one set up to the other.
