The movers were efficient, handled everything with care, polite and asked questions if they weren’t sure about something, and made sure to get everything put back together and in places that I asked them to put things.

The team did a great job! I am currently in post surgery recover and can't do any moving. The team was so respectful, kind, and efficient. They communicated well and helped take apart, set up, and move around the space if I needed. Great job!

Ive used Two men and a truck for 4 moves now and never had a bad experience until this last time on 4/5. We had 3 men show up and my first thought was wow 3 men this should be great and possibly quicker. Well I was wrong, because 1 guy was brand new and was in training. To be honest their work ethic was very slow as they were talking to each other a lot. Did not have any tools to break down bed.

I'm sorry to hear about your recent experience with Two Men and a Truck. It sounds like there were some issues with the efficiency and professionalism of the crew that arrived for your move on 4/5. It's definitely disappointing when a service doesn't meet expectations, especially when you've had positive experiences in the past. It's concerning that one of the movers was brand new and in training, which may have contributed to the slower pace and lack of preparedness. Communication and transparency are crucial in situations like this. It would have been helpful if the crew had informed you beforehand about the new team member and any potential impact on the move. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to rectify the issues.
